OBJECTIVE
This course helps participants to understand Integrity Management System and raise awareness against corruption temptations in the workplace and provide good practices to manage its organization’s integrity system, in accordance with ISO 37001 Anti-bribery Management System and Guidelines of Integrity Management System from DEVB.
COURSE AIM
Hong Kong is known for its strong anti-corruption system and a fair competitive environment for businesses. Recently, Development Bureau (DEVB) requires all its listed contactors to attend integrity training course and establish an Integrity Management System with the proof of complying with all the Integrity Management System requirements.
The course aim to allow organizations gain knowledge of the Integrity Management System requirement and understand the standard of conduct expected of all directors and staff of the organization, and interpretation of terms mentioned in Integrity Management System, in order to identify and manage corruption risk and achieve a great effort in uphold the integrity of the organization.
To assist the participants to have more comprehensive framework on develop their own Integrity Management System, this course will take reference with ISO37001: 2016 framework to enhance the organization to implement an overall anti-corruption strategy and control mechanism in organizations.
ENTRY REQUIREMENT
This course is recommended for those Anti-bribery management personnel, managers and consultants who need to implement or develop the Anti-bribery Management System. Or for those organization who would like to enhance the knowledge of anti-corruption laws and uphold a high standard of integrity for their staff.

- Overview the requirements of Integrity Management System
- Introduce ISO 370001 Anti-bribery management system introduction – management principle
- Interpret on the requirements and implementation of ISO 37001 and business processes approach
